Debug
If you have any issue with communicating, the first thing to do is to isolate the issue:
-
Is it an issue with devkit not transmitting?
You can check this by using a basic spectrum analyzer and checking if messages are sent in the Sigfox band. -
Is it an issue with the Sigfox backend not sending out the data?
You can check this by looking on the Sigfox backend to determine if the messages are being received.
You can find support on ask.sigfox.com or on the TI forum if you still have an issue.
